AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has request-
ed this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the southeastern
ten (10) feet of Lot 6 of the Subdivision of Part of Lot 6 of W.
F. Musick's Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 51 page 31 of the St. Louis County Records, and the
easement ten (10) feet wide over the northeastern ten (10) feet of
said Lot 6, excepting therefrom the northwestern two hundred (200)
feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1960.
