AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation in the sum of Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) out of the unencumbered and
unappropriated balance in the Improvement Fund to Tax Bills
Receivable Account (No. 2-3544) in the Improvement Fund to be used
for the purchase of special tax bills for the Improvement Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated out of the unencumbered and
unappropriated balance in the Improvement Fund (Account No. 2-
3441) to Tax Bills Receivable Account (No. 2-3544) in the
Improvement Fund to be used for the purchase of special tax bills
for the Improvement Fund.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 23, 1960.
