HomeMy Public PortalAbout00478 O R D I N A N C E NO. 478 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 115 (Ladue Meadows Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 115 (Ladue Meadows Subtrunk). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 115 (Ladue Meadows Subtrunk) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 478 LADUE MEADOWS SUB-TRUNK SUBDISTRICT Beginning at the point of intersection of the eastwardly prolongation of the north line of Ladue Road with the centerline of Mosley Road; thence westwardly along said eastwardly prolongation of the north line of Ladue Road and along the north line of Ladue Road to its intersection with the north right-of-way line of the Missouri-Pacific Railroad; thence northwestwardly along said north right-of-way line, a distance of 250 feet to a point; thence northeastwardly along a straight line to its intersection with the south line of property now or formerly of Dorothy H.and Dorothy Ellen Hood as recorded in Deed Book 2130 on Page 453 of the St. Louis County Records, said point of intersection being a distance of 250 feet westwardly of the southeast corner of said property, measured along said south line of said Dorothy H. and Dorothy Ellen Hood property; thence eastwardly along said south line of said Dorothy H. and Dorothy Ellen Hood property, a distance of 250 feet to the southeast corner of said property, said southeast corner also being a point on the west line of Section 11, Township 45 North, Range 5 East; thence northwardly along the west line of said Section 11 to the southwest corner of property now or formerly of Harold C. Macoy, Jr. and Elizabeth Johnston Macoy as recorded in Deed Book 3787 on 3 Page 329 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Macoy property to the southeast corner of said property; thence northwestwardly along the east line of said property to its intersection with the north line of Section 11, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, which is also the south line of Fairways Plat 1 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 40 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said south line of Fairways Plat 1 Subdivision to the southwest corner of Lot 9 of said subdivision; thence northeastwardly along the south line of said Lot 9 of said Fairways Plat 1 Subdivision to the southwest corner of Lot 1 of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 1 of said subdivision and the eastwardly prolongation of said south line of said Lot 1 to its intersection with the centerline of Mosley Road; thence southwardly, southeastwardly, and southwardly along the centerline of Mosley Road to the point of beginning; 4 The foregoing Ordinance was passed December 22, 1960.
