AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 116 (Blendair
Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 116 (Blendair Lateral).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 116
(Blendair Lateral) shall be as follows:

Ord. No. 479 BLENDAIR LATERAL SUBDISTRICT
Beginning at the point of intersection of the
eastwardly prolongation of the north line of Ladue Road with the
centerline of Mosley Road; thence westwardly along said eastwardly
prolongation of the north line of Ladue Road and along the north
line of Ladue Road to its intersection with the west line of Ladue
Meadows Plat 2 Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 1 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west
line of Ladue Meadows Plat 2 Subdivision to its intersection with
the north line of said Ladue Meadows Plat 2 Subdivision; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Ladue Meadows Plat 2 Sub-
division and the eastwardly prolongation of said north line of
said subdivision to its intersection with the centerline of Mosley
Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of Mosley Road to
the point of beginning;
The foregoing Ordinance was passed December 22, 1960.
