HomeMy Public PortalAbout00480 O R D I N A N C E NO. 480 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No.117 (Mosley Lane Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 117 (Mosley Lane Lateral). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 117 (Mosley Lane Lateral) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 480 MOSLEY LANE LATERAL SUBDISTRICT Beginning at the point of intersection of the eastwardly prolongation of the north line of Ladue Meadows Plat 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records with the centerline of Mosley Road; thence westwardly along said eastwardly prolongation of the north line of said Ladue Meadows Plat 2 Subdivision and along the north line of said subdivision to its intersection with the west line of Section 11, Township 45 North, Range 5 East; thence northwardly along said west line of Section 11, Township 45 North, Range 5 East to the southwest corner of property now or formerly of Harold C. Macoy, Jr. and Elizabeth Johnston Macoy, as recorded in Deed Book 3787 on Page 329 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Macoy property to the southeast corner of said property; thence northwestwardly along the east line of said property to its intersection with the north line of Section 11, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, which is also the south line of Fairways Plat 1 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 86, Page 40 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said south line of Fairways Plat 1 Subdivision to the southwest corner of Lot 9 of said subdivision; thence northeastwardly along the south line of said Lot 9 of said Fairways Plat 1 Subdivision to the southwest corner of Lot 1 of said subdivision; thence 3 eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 1 of said subdivision and the eastwardly prolongation of said line of said Lot 1 to its intersection with the centerline of Mosley Road; thence southwardly, southeastwardly, and southwardly along the centerline of Mosley Road to the point of beginning; The foregoing Ordinance was passed December 22, 1960. 4
