AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 293 which
established Subdistrict No. 78 (Magnet Drive), repealing
Resolution No. 250 which declared the necessity of an improvement
therein and enacting an ordinance establishing a new subdistrict
to be known as Subdistrict No. 78 (Magnet Drive).
WHEREAS, further study has shown that the area
heretofore known as Subdistrict No. 78 (Magnet Drive) as
established by Ordinance No. 293 can be more efficiently served by
division into two subdistricts with some revision of boundaries,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 293 as adopted June 11,
1959, and Resolution No. 250 as adopted July 22, 1959 are hereby
repealed.
Section Two. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 78 (Magnet Drive).
Section Three. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 78
(Magnet Drive) shall be as follows:

Ord. No. 481 MAGNET DRIVE SUBDISTRICT
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of
the centerline of Olive Street Road, 60 feet wide, with the
southern prolongation of the west line of Lot 5 of Tower Hill
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 107, of the City of
St. Louis (formerly County) records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 5 to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 300 feet north of
said centerline of Olive Street Road; thence eastwardly along said
parallel line to the west line of Lot 7 of Tower Hill Manor
Subdivision, as recorded by Daily Number 256 on June 17, 1960 of
the St. louis County Records; thence southwardly along said west
line of Lot 7 to the southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence
eastwardly along the south lines of Lots 7 and 8 of said
Tower Hill Manor Subdivision and continuing along the eastern
prolongation of said south lines to the west line of property now
or formerly owned by George and Talka Thalmann, as recorded in
Deed Book 3243, Page 77, of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Thalmann property, and its
eastward prolongation to its intersection with the west line of
Lot 2 of Bon Delle Subdivision, as shown in Plat Book 81, Page 18,
of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west
line of said Lot 2 to the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence
eastwardly along the south lines of Lots 2 and 1 of Bon Delle

Subdivision and along their eastward prolongation to the west line
of Lot 15 of Bon Delle Subdivision; thence southwardly along the
west line of said Lot 15 to the southwest corner of said Lot 15;
thence eastwardly along the south lines of Lots 15 and 14 of Bon
Delle Subdivision to the southeast corner of said Lot 14; thence
northwardly along the east line of Bon Delle Subdivision to the
northeast corner of Bon Delle Subdivision, which is also the
northeast corner of Lot 10 of Tower Hill Subdivision; thence
eastwardly along the north line of Lot 11 of Tower Hill
Subdivision to the northeast corner of said Lot 11; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 11 and continuing
along the southern prolongation of said east line to the
centerline of said Olive Street Road; thence westwardly along said
centerline of Olive Street Road to the point of beginning;
The foregoing Ordinance was passed December 22, 1960.
