AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 118 (Dielman Road
Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 118 (Dielman Road Lateral).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 118
(Dielman Road Lateral) shall be as follows:

Ord. No. 482 DIELMAN ROAD LATERAL
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Dielman Road with the centerline of Olive
Street Road; thence westwardly along said centerline of Olive
Street Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of
the west line of Lot 13 of Tower Hill Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 3, Page 107 of the City of St. Louis (formerly County)
Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the
west line of said Lot 13 to the northwest corner of said Lot 13;
thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 13 to the west
line of Dielman Road; thence eastwardly across Dielman Road to the
northwest corner of Lot 10 of G. W. Biernes Estate, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 151 of the City of St. Louis (formerly County)
Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 10 and 11
of said Biernes Estate to the intersection of said north line of
Lot 11 with a lint parallel with and 200 feet east of the east
line of said Lot 10 of G. W. Biernes Estate; thence southwardly
along said parallel line to its intersection with the eastern
prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly owned
by Raymond and Opal L. Theilmann, as recorded in Deed Book 3107,
page 211 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
said prolongation and along the south line of said Theilmann
property and continuing along the western prolongation of said
south line to the centerline of Dielman Road; thence southwardly
along the centerline of said Dielman Road to the point of
beginning;
The foregoing Ordinance was passed December 22, 1960.
