AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri:
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no further use for such portion of easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of 10 foot wide easement over the east ten
(10) feet of Lot 1, Block 11 of Webster Gardens Plat 8, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
recorded in Plat Book 42 page 8 of the St. Louis County Records,
excepting therefrom the southern 47.26 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was passed December 22, 1960.
