AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an easement five (5) feet wide over the
western five (5) feet of Lot 11, Morganford Park, a
subdivision of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27,
page 36 of the City of St. Louis Records, excepting
therefrom the south ten (10) feet thereof and the north
five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 5, 1961.
