AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 123 (Salem
Estates) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 123 (Salem Estates).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 123 (Salem
Estates) shall be as follows:

SALEM ESTATES
Beginning at a point, said point being the northeast
corner of Salem Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 87
on Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly
along the east line of said subdivision to the southeast corner of
said Salem Estates Subdivision; thence westwardly along the south
line of said subdivision to the southwest corner of said
subdivision; thence northwardly along the west line of said Salem
Estates Subdivision to the northwest corner of said subdivision;
thence eastwardly along the north line of said Salem Estates
Subdivi-
sion to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1961.
