AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 124 (Behle and
Emerald) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 124 (Behle and Emerald).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 124
(Behle and Emerald) shall be as follows:

BEHLE AND EMERALD
Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost
corner of a tract of land described in a deed to B. F. Nassal, as
recorded in Deed Book 2558 on Page 72 in the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence northwardly along the western line of
said Nassal property 103.06 feet to a point in the southern line
of said Nassal property; thence northwardly in a straight line to
the northwestern corner of Lot 2 of Bonnie Acres Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 85 on Page 17 in the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence eastwardly along the northern line of
said Lot 2 and its eastwardly prolongation to the centerline of
Bermuda Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence southwardly along the
centerline of Bermuda Avenue to its intersection with the
westwardly prolongation of the northern line of a tract of land
described in a deed to Rosario Dimariano, as recorded in Deed Book
3713 on Page 308 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
eastwardly along said prolongation and along the northern line of
said Dimariano property to the northeastern corner of said tract
of land, said corner being on the western line of Behle Avenue, 40
feet wide; thence northwardly along the western line of Behle
Avenue and its northwardly prolongation to the northwestern corner
of North Hills Homesites Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 19
on Page 43 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
eastwardly along the northern line of said North Hills Homesites

Subdivision to the northeastern corner of Lot 18, Block 18 of said
subdivision; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said Lot
18 and along the southwardly prolongation thereof to the
centerline of Rowles Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence eastwardly along
the centerline of Rowles Avenue to its intersection with the
northwardly prolongation of the eastern line of Lot 23, Block 15
of said subdivision; thence southwardly along the northwardly
prolongation of the eastern line of Lot 23 to the northeastern
corner of said Lot 23; thence southwardly in a straight line to
the southeastern corner of Lot 3, Block 15 of said subdivision;
thence westwardly along the southern line of said Lot 3 to the
northeast corner of a tract of land described in a deed to Charles
and Laura Orrock, as recorded in Deed Book 3776 on Page 93 in the
St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along the
eastern line of said Orrock property and its southwardly
prolongation to the centerline of Woodstock Road, 50
feet wide; thence westwardly along the centerline of Woodstock
Road to its intersection with the northwardly prolongation of the
eastern line of Lot 7, Block 12 of said North Hills Homesites
Subdivision; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along
the eastern line of said Lot 7 to the southeastern corner of said
Lot 7; thence westwardly along the southern line of Lots 7, 6, 5,
4, 3, 2 and 1 of Block 12 of said subdivision to the southwestern
corner of said Lot 1, said corner also being on the eastern line
of a tract of land described in a deed to Charles E. Stephens, as

recorded in Deed Book 2178 on Page 377 in the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along the eastern line of
said tract of land to the southeastern corner thereof; thence
westwardly along the southern line of said Stephens property and
the westwardly prolongation thereof to the southwestern corner of
a tract of land described in a deed to Elwin J. Sevier, Jr., as
recorded in Deed Book 3303 on Page 292 in the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence northwardly along the western line of
said Sevier property to the southeastern corner of a tract of land
described in a deed to Albert Balch, as recorded in Deed Book 2543
on Page 96 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
westwardly along the southern line of said Balch property and
along the western prolongation of said south line to the west line
of Bermuda Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence northwardly along the
western line of said Bermuda Avenue to the southeastern corner of
a tract of land described in a deed to Louis Hecht,as recorded in
Deed Book 2602 on Page 513 in the St. Louis County Recorder's
Office; thence westwardly along the southern line of said tract to
the southwestern corner thereof; thence northwardly along the
western line of said Hecht property and the northwardly
prolongation thereof to the southern line of a tract of land
described in a deed to Perry J. Bumpus, as recorded in Deed Book
3711 on Page 341 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence
westwardly along the southern line of said Bumpus property to the
southwestern corner of said property; thence northwardly along the

western line of said tract and the northerly prolongation thereof
to the southernmost corner of a tract of land described in a deed
to S. F. Nassal, as recorded in Deed Book 2558 on Page 72 in the
St. Louis County Recorder's Office, the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1961.
