AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 126 (Country
Fair) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 126 (Country Fair).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 126
(Country Fair) shall be as follows:

COUNTRY FAIR
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest
corner of Ladue Court Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 64 on
Page 86 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along
the north line of said subdivision and continuing along the
eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along the centerline of
said Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the north line of Maryhill Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 48 on Page 29 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along said
north line to its intersection with a line parallel with and four
hundred feet (400') east of the centerline of said Lindbergh
Boulevard; thence northwardly along said parallel line to the
south line of Tealbrook Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 58 on Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along said south line of Tealbrook Estates and
continuing along the western prolongation of said south line of
Tealbrook Estates Subdivision to the east line of Lindbergh
Boulevard; thence northwardly along said east line of Lindbergh
Boulevard to the north line of South Tealbrook Drive (50 feet
wide); thence eastwardly along said north line to the west line of
said Tealbrook Estates Subdivision; thence northwardly along the
west line of said subdivision to the south line of North Tealbrook

Drive (50 feet wide); thence westwardly along said south line to
the east line of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along
said east line to the north line of said North Tealbrook Drive;
thence eastwardly along said north line to its intersection with a
line parallel with the three hundred ten feet (310') east of the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along said
parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and
one hundred thirty feet (130') north of the north line of said
Tealbrook Estates Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the last
mentioned parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel
with and three hundred fifty feet (350') east of the centerline of
said Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along the last
mentioned parallel line to the south line of Beaver Drive (45 feet
wide); thence eastwardly along said south line to the east line of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along said east line to
the north line of said Beaver Drive; thence eastwardly along said
north line to the west line of Tealwood #2 Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 53 on Page 11 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along said west line of Tealwood #2
Subdivision to the south line of Tealwood #1 Subdivision, as
recorded in Deed Book 2175 on Page 460 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along said south line of Tealwood #1
Subdivision and continuing along the westward prolongation of said
south line to the west line of said Lindbergh Boulevard; thence
northwardly along said west line of Lindbergh Boulevard to the

south line of Sunswept Drive (50 feet wide); thence westwardly
along said south line to the east line of Sunswept Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 76 on Page 38 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said
subdivision and continuing along the southern prolongation of said
east line to the north line of Quailways Drive (50 feet wide);
thence eastwardly along said north line to the west line of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwardly along said west line to
the south line of said Quailways Drive; thence westwardly along
said south line to the east line of Quailways Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 82 on Page 30 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along said east line to the southeast
corner of said subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line
of said Quailways Subdivision to the northwest corner of Lot 17 of
Lawrence Meadows Addition Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 70
on Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly
along the west line of said Lot 17 and along the southern
prolongation of the said west line to the centerline of Lawrence
Drive; thence westwardly along said centerline to its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the west line of Lot 6 of
Lawrence Meadows Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 66 on Page
50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and along said west line to the southwest corner of
said Lot 6; thence westwardly along the southern line of said
subdivision to the northwest corner of Lot 19 of Country Fair

Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 69 on Page 50 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west line
of said Lot 19 and along the southern prolongation of said west
line to the centerline of Country Fair Lane; thence westwardly,
southwestwardly, southwardly and southeastwardly along said
centerline to its intersection with the northern prolongation of
the west line of Lot 30 of said Country Fair Acres Subdivision;
thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line
of said Lot 30 to the southwest corner of said lot; thence
eastwardly along the southern line of Lots 30 and 31 of said
subdivision to said southern lines intersection with a line
parallel with and two hundred feet (200') west of the west line of
Country Fair Lane; thence southwardly along said parallel line to
its intersection with a line parallel with and four hundred feet
(400') south of the south line of Lots 31 and 32 of said Country
Fair Acres Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the last mentioned
parallel line and along the eastern prolongation of said parallel
line to the centerline of Country Fair Lane; thence southwardly
along said centerline to the centerline of Ladue Road; thence
eastwardly along said centerline of Ladue Road to its intersection
with the southern prolongation of the west line of said Ladue
Court Subdivision; thence northwardly along said prolongation and
along the west line of said Ladue Court Subdivision to the point
of beginning.
