AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Oakland, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has request-
ed this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement seven (7) feet wide over the western
seven (7) feet of Lot 3 of Woodleigh Cove, a subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 95, page 12 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the northern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1961.
