AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 125 (Demerville)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 125 (Demerville).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 125
(Demerville) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of
the centerlines of Reavis Barracks and Telegraph Roads; thence in
a northeasterly direction along the centerline of said Telegraph
Road to its intersection with the eastern extension of the
northeast line of Demerville Heights Amended Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 7, of the St. Louis County Records;
thence in a northwesterly direction along said extension and along
the northeast line of said subdivision to the northern-most corner
of said subdivision, said point being a point on the southeast
line of Windemere Plat No. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 71, Page
37, of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along
said southeast line of Windemere Plat No. 3 to the southernmost
corner of Lot 51 in said subdivision; thence in a northwesterly
direction along the southwest lot line of said Lot 51 and its
extension northwestwardly to its intersection with the centerline
of Wembly Drive; thence in a northeasterly direction along said
centerline of Wembly Drive to its intersection with the northeast
line of said Windemere Plat No. 3 Subdivision; thence in a
northwesterly direction along said northeast line to its
intersection with the centerline of Telford Drive; thence in a
southwesterly direction along said centerline of Telford Drive to
its intersection with the northern line of Windemere Plat No. 2,
as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 30, of the St. Louis County

Records; thence in a westerly direction along said northern line
to its intersection with the northwest line of said subdivision,
said intersection being the northwest corner of Lot 36 of said
subdivision, thence in a south-
westerly direction along said northwest line and continuing along
the northwest line of Windemere Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 58, Page 32, of the St. Louis County Records, across Reavis
Barracks Road to its intersection with the southwest line of said
subdivision, said intersection being the southwest corner of Lot 5
of said subdivision; thence in a southeasterly direction along
said southwest line to the southeast corner of Lot 2 of said
subdivision; thence in a northeasterly direction along the
southeast line of said Lot 2 and its extension northeastwardly to
its intersection with the centerline of Reavis Barracks Road;
thence in a southeasterly direction along said centerline of
Reavis Barracks Road to its intersection with the northeastern
prolongation of the eastern line of Windsor Park Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 32, of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along
said eastern line to its intersection with a line parallel with
and 220 feet south of the centerline of said Reavis Barracks Road,
40 feet wide, said 220 feet being measured at right angles to said
centerline; thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to the
west line of a Lane (40 feet wide), said west line being also the
east line of Block 119 of Carondelet Commons; thence

southeastwardly in a straight line across said Lane to the point
of intersection of the east line of said Lane with the western
prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly of E.
and H. Feager, as recorded in Deed Book 2463, Page 290, of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the southern line of said Feager property
to the southeast corner of said property; thence northwardly along
the east line of said Feager property and along the northern
prolongation of said east line to the centerline of said Reavis
Barracks Road; thence southeastwardly along said centerline of
Reavis Barracks Road to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1961.
