An Ordinance vacating sewer easements in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easements and has granted the
District satisfactory substitute easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described easements:
All those easements in Lot 30 of "Cornell Heights", a
subdivision in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 12, City of St. Louis,
Missouri, Recorder's office, excepting therefrom those portions
thereof included within easements dedicated in Lots 25 and 26 of
"Cornell Heights #2", a subdivision in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, which exceptions are more particularly described as
follows: that part lying south of a line five (5) feet north of
and parallel with the south line of the eastern twelve (12) feet
more or less of said Lot 26 and that part lying between line five
(5) feet eastwardly of and parallel with and five (5) feet
westwardly of and parallel with the western line of said Lot 26.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 23, 1961.
