AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St.
Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 128
(Fieldston Terrace) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 128 (Fieldston Terrace).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 128
(Fieldston Terrace) shall be as follows:

Ord. No. 526 FIELDSTON TERRACE
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 9 of Fieldston
Terrace according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
18, Page 51 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly
along the west line of said Lot 9 and its direct northward
prolongation to the centerline of a 40 foot wide private road
(Fieldston Terrace) as shown on said plat of Fieldston Terrace;
thence eastwardly along the centerline of said private road to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 6 of said Fieldston Terrace; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 6 and its direct
northward prolongation to the north line of Lot 29 of said
Fieldston Terrace; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots
29, 4 and 2 of said Fieldston Terrace to the west line of Laclede
Station Road, 60 feet wide; thence southwardly along the west
line of said Laclede Station Road to the southeast corner of Lot 1
of said Fieldston Terrace; thence westwardly along the south line
of Lots 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 of said Fieldston Terrace to the point of
beginning.
