AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement fifteen (15) feet wide, the
center line of which is the common lot line of Lots 94 and 95 of
Northaire No. 2 First Addition, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 97,
page 98 of the St. Louis County Records, said centerline being
94.93 feet in length.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 6, 1961.
