AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 131 (Lawrence Drive West)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 131 (Lawrence Drive West).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 131 (Lawrence
Drive West) shall be as follows:

LAWRENCE DRIVE WEST
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner
of Lot 17 of Lawrence Meadows Addition Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 70 on Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the west line of said Lot 17 and along the
southern prolongation of the said west line to the centerline of
Lawrence Drive; thence westwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 6 of Lawrence Meadows Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 66
on Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly
along said prolongation and along said west line to the southwest
corner of said Lot 6; thence westwardly along the southern line of
said subdivision to the northwest corner of Lot 19 of Country Fair
Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 69 on Page 50 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west line
of said Lot 19 and along the southern prolongation of said west
line to the centerline of Country Fair Lane; thence westwardly,
southwestwardly, southwardly and southeastwardly along said
centerline to its intersection with the northern prolongation of
the west line of Lot 30 of said Country Fair Acres Subdivision;
thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line
of said Lot 30 to the southwest corner of said lot; thence
westwardly along the southern line of Lot 29 of said Country Fair

Acres Subdivision to the southwest corner of said subdivision;
thence northwardly along the west lines of Country Fair Acres
Subdivision, Lawrence Meadows Subdivision and Lawrence Meadows
Addition Subdivision to the northwest corner of said Lawrence
Meadows Addition Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said subdivision to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961.
