HomeMy Public PortalAbout00536 O R D I N A N C E NO. 536 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 132 (West Ladue Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 132 (West Ladue Subtrunk). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 132 (West Ladue Subtrunk) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 536 WEST LADUE SUBTRUNK Beginning at a point, said point being the westernmost corner of Lot 10 of West Ladue Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 33 on Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 10 and continuing along the northeast prolongation of said northwest line to the centerline of Spoede Lane; thence northwardly and northeastwardly along said centerline of Spoede Lane to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of Lot 22 in said West Ladue Subdivision; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 22 to the north line of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along said north line of West Ladue Subdivision and along the eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Spoede Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Spoede Road to its intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of Middlebrook Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 42 on Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said subdivision to the northeast corner of Lot 3 of said Middlebrook Estates Subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 3 to the southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence southwardly in a straight line across Middlebrook Drive to the northeast corner of 3 Lot 4 of said subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 4 to the southeast corner of said Lot; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 4 to the northeast corner of Alden Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 38 on Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said subdivision to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Alden Acres Subdivision to the northeast corner of Lot 3 of Chilton Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 42 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 3 to the southeast corner of said Lot; thence southwestwardly along the southern line of said Lot 3 to the southwest corner of said Lot; thence northwestwardly along the western line of said Lot 3 to the north line of said Chilton Acres Subdivision; thence westwardly along said north line and continuing along the western prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Spoede Road; thence northwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the southern line of said West Ladue Subdivision; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said West Ladue Subdivision to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961.
