HomeMy Public PortalAbout00537REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1203 O R D I N A N C E NO. 537 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 133 (West Ladue Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 133 (West Ladue Lateral). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 133 (West Ladue Lateral) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 Ord. No. 537 WEST LADUE LATERAL - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Beginning at a point, said point being the easternmost corner of Lot 10 of West Ladue Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 33 on Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 10 and continuing along the northeast prolongation of said northwest line to the centerline of Spoede Lane; thence northwardly, northeastwardly and eastwardly along said centerline of Spoede Lane to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of Lot 23 in said West Ladue Subdivision; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 23 to the south line of said Lot 23; thence eastwardly along the south lines of Lots 23, 25, and 27 of said subdivision to the southeast corner of said Lot 27; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Lot 27 and continuing along the northeast prolongation of said southeast line to the centerline of Spoede Lane; thence southeastwardly along said centerline of Spoede Lane to the centerline of Spoede Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Spoede Road to its intersection with the western prolongation of the north line of Middlebrook Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 42 on Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line of said subdivision to the northeast 3 corner of Lot 3 of said Middlebrook Estates Subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 3 to the southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence southwardly in a straight line across Middlebrook Drive to the northeast corner of Lot 4 of said subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 4 to the southeast corner of said Lot; thence eastwardly along the north line of Alden Acres Addition Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 35 on Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records to the northeast corner of said subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said subdivision to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Alden Acres Addition Subdivision and along the south line of Alden Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 38 on Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records to the northeast corner of Lot 3 of Chilton Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 42 on Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 3 to the southeast corner of said Lot; thence southwestwardly along the southern line of said Lot 3 to the southwest corner of said Lot; thence northwestwardly along the western line of said Lot 3 to the north line of said Chilton Acres Subdivision; thence westwardly along said north line and continuing along the western prolongation of said north line to the centerline of Spoede Road; thence northwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the southern line of said West Ladue Subdivision; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said West Ladue Subdivision to the point of 4 beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961.
