HomeMy Public PortalAbout00539 O R D I N A N C E NO. 539 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 138 (Skyline Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 138 (Skyline Court). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 138 (Skyline Court) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 539 SKYLINE COURT Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Rock Hill Road with the southern prolongation of the west line of Skyline Court Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 43 on Page 26 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Skyline Court Subdivision and continuing along the northern prolongation of said west line to the south line of Idamore Gardens Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 60 on Page 23 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Idamore Gardens Subdivision to the northwest corner of Forest Haven Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 79 on Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west line of said Forest Haven Estates Court Subdivision to the north line of said Skyline/Subdivision; thence eastwardly along said north line to the northeast corner of said subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of said Skyline Court Subdivision and continuing along the southern prolongation of said east line to the centerline of said Rock Hill Road; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of said Rock Hill Road to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961. -2-
