An Ordinance vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, The District, for its convenience and necessity
has relocated such easements, and the owners of such easements
have granted the District satisfactory substitute easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described easements:
That easement granted by Robert F. Hansen, Jr. and Peggy
J. Hansen, his wife, by instrument dated June 7, 1960 and recorded
in Book 4336, page 315 of the St. Louis County Records.
That easement granted by William F. Fitting and Maud S.
Fitting, his wife, by instrument dated June 8, 1960 and recorded
in Book 4324, page 443 of the St. Louis County Records.
That easement granted by Gerrit A. Visser and Mildred B.
Visser, his wife, by instrument dated June 10, 1960 and recorded
in Book 4324, page 445 of the St. Louis County Records.
That easement granted by Wallace A. Anderson and Ethel
Elizabeth Anderson, his wife, by instrument dated June 16, 1960
and recorded in Book 4336, page 313 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961.
