AN ORDINANCE making a supplementary appropriation in the
sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) out of the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District to the Department of
Finance, Other Operating Expenses (Account No. 1-1042-200) for
repair and improvement of the parking lot of the District at 2000
Hampton Avenue in the City of St. Louis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars and no cents ($10,000.00)
to the Department of Finance, Other Operating Expenses (Account
No. 1-1042-200) for repair and improvement of the parking lot of
the District at 2000 Hampton Avenue in the City of St. Louis.
Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961.
