A RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGNING OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
EASEMENTS FOR'UTILITIES FOR PRAIRIE WEST
Whereas, The City recognizes that utilities for Prairie West need to be installed in
developments as they are built and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the developments on the
West side of town will need permission to install;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
signing the right-of-way easements for utilities for Prairie West.
On the 28th day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-066, A RESOLUTION
Approving Signing of Right -of -Way Easements for Utilities for Prairie West and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-066, A RESOLUTION Approving Signing of
Right -of -Way Easements for Utilities for Prairie West to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 28th day of May, 2014.
