AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the Town of
Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easement and has granted the District
a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates the following described easement:
That easement ten (10) feet wide in Lots 3 and 4,
Block 3 of Plat No. 1, Lamberton Commercial Industrial Center, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 96 Page 87 of the St. Louis County
Records, the centerline of said easement being the common lot line
of said Lots 3 and 4, Block 3 of such subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961.
