AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Berkeley, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and has
previously granted this District a satisfactory substitute
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement five (5) feet wide lying in Lots 86 and 87
of Springdale Lake Sites, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37
Page 13 of the St. Louis County Records, the centerline of which
easement is the common lot line of said Lots 86 and 87, excepting
therefrom the north five (5) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 4, 1961.
