AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 135 (Spoede Road
Subtrunks) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 135 (Spoede Road Subtrunks).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 135 (Spoede
Road Subtrunks) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast
corner of Lot 6 in Country View Estates (formerly Spoede Meadows
Subdivision), as recorded in Plat Book 72 on Page 2 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast
line of said Lot 6 and continuing along the northeastern
prolongation of said southeast line to the centerline of Aline
Drive; thence northwestwardly and northwardly along said
centerline to its intersection with the western prolongation of
the south line of Lot 18 of said Country View Estates; thence
eastwardly along said prolongation and along said south line of
Lot 18 to the southeast corner of said Lot 18; thence northwardly
along the east line of Lots 18 and 19 of said subdivision to the
northernmost corner of said Lot 19; thence northwardly in a
straight line to the point of intersection of the south line of
property now or formerly owned by Neal E. and Alma F. Willis, as
recorded in Deed Book 2738 on Page 454 of the St. Louis County
Records, with the southern prolongation of the east line of
property now or formerly owned by David R. and Amelia W. Hagan, as
recorded in Deed Book 2901 on Page 269 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation to the north
line of said Willis property; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Willis property and continuing along the eastern

prolongation of said north line to the west line of Sunswept Plat
No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 87 on Page 23 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west line
of said Sunswept Plat No. 2 Subdivision to the north line of said
subdivision; thence eastwardly along said north line to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet east of the
northern prolongation of the west line of said Sunswept Plat No. 2
Subdivision, said 200 feet being measured perpendicular to said
prolongation: thence northwardly along said parallel line to its
intersection
with a line parallel with and 200 feet north of the eastern
prolongation of the north line of property now or formerly owned
by Paul J. and Agnes Deschamps, as recorded in Deed Book 2847 on
Page 160 of the St. Louis County Records said 200 feet being
measured perpendicular to said eastern prolongation; thence
westwardly along said parallel line and continuing along a line
parallel with and 200 feet north of the north line of said
Deschamps property to the east line of property now or formerly
owned by Antonio Delurgio, said east line also being the west line
of property now or formerly owned by Monsanto Chemical Company;
thence northwardly along the east line of said Delurgio property
and continuing along the northern prolongation of said east line
to a point, said point being 650 feet north of the south line of
said Delurgio property as measured along the east line and its
northern prolongation; thence northeastwardly in a straight line

to a point on the centerline of New Olive Street Road, said point
being 1300 feet west of the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard as
measured along said centerline of New Olive Street Road; thence
eastwardly along said centerline to the centerline of said
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along said centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with a line parallel with
and 230 feet north of the centerline of
Old Olive Street Road, said 230 feet being measured perpendicular
to said centerline; thence westwardly and southwestwardly along
said parallel line to the westernmost line of property now or
formerly owned by Joseph S. and Catherine M. Wood, as recorded in
Deed Book 3235 on Page 441 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the westernmost line of said Wood property and
along the southern prolongation of said west line to the north
line of Old Olive Street Road; thence southwestwardly and
westwardly along said north line to the east line of property now
or
formerly owned by Lee and Evalyn M. Rossi, as recorded in Deed
Book 2545 on Page 336 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along the east line of said Rossi property to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 230 feet north of the
centerline of said Olive Street Road, said 230 feet being measured
perpendicular to said centerline; thence westwardly along said
parallel line to the west line of property now or formerly owned
by Wm. F. and Mary Lou Tobin, as recorded in Deed Book 3424 on

Page 493 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along
the west line of said Tobin property to the north line of said
Olive Street Road; thence westwardly along said north line to the
east line of property now or formerly owned by Edwin and Marcella
Greb, as recorded in Deed Book 3280 on Page 314 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along the east line of said
Greb property to its intersection with a line parallel with and
230 feet north of the centerline of said Olive Street Road, said
230 feet being measured perpendicular to said centerline; thence
westward-
ly along said parallel line to the east line of property now or
formerly owned by Carl L. Graeser, Mildred Cissell, Louise Mueller
and Mae Luedloff, as recorded in Deed Book 3171 on Page 621 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line
of said property and continuing along the southern prolongation of
said east line to the centerline of Olive Street Road; thence
eastwardly along said centerline of Olive Street Road to the
centerline of Deaver Avenue, as recorded in Plat Book 13 on Page
52 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the
centerline of Deaver Avenue to the centerline of The Lane, 15 feet
wide, as shown in said Plat Book 13 on Page 52; thence eastwardly
along the centerline of said The Lane to its intersection with the
northern prolongation of the west line of property now or formerly
owned by Alan T. and Mary R. Smith, as recorded in Deed Book 2816
on Page 264 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly

along said prolongation the west line of said Smith property and
the southern prolongation of said west line to the centerline of
Colonial Hills Parkway; thence eastwardly along the centerline of
said Colonial Hill Parkway to its intersection with the northern
prolongation of the east line of a 50 foot wide road right-of-way,
as shown on the plat of Colonial Hills Estates Plat 1, as recorded
in Plat Book 77 on Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said prolongation the east line of said road
right-of-way and the southern prolongation of said east line to
the north line of property now or formerly owned by James G. and
Mary E. Alfring, as recorded in Deed Book 2143 on Page 440 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line
of said Alfring property to the northeast corner of said property;
thence southwardly along the east line of said Alfring property to
the northernmost line of another tract of land now or formerly
owned by James G. and Mary E. Alfring, as recorded in Deed Book
3165 on Page 358 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along said northernmost line to the northeast corner of
said Alfring property; thence southwardly along the east line of
said tract to the north line of West Ladue Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 33 on Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said West Ladue Subdivision and
continuing along the eastern prolongation of said north line to
the centerline of Spoede Road; thence southwardly along said
centerline of Spoede Road to its intersection with the western

prolongation of the south line of Sherwyn Lane Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 60 on Page 26 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along said
south line of Sherwyn Lane Subdivision to the southeast corner of
Lot 10 in said subdivision; thence northwardly along the east
lines of Lots 10 and 12 of said subdivision to the northeast
corner of said Lot 12; thence northwardly in a straight line to
the southeast corner of Lot 11 in said Sherwyn Lane Subdivision;
thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 11 to the north
line of said Sherwyn Lane Subdivision; thence westwardly along
said north line to the southeast corner of Lot 6 of Country View
Estates Subdivision, the point of beginning.
