AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 137 (Spoede Hills
East) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 137 (Spoede Hills East).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 137
(Spoede Hills East) shall be as follows:

SPOEDE HILLS EAST
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest
corner of Lot 9 in Spoede Hills Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 54 on Page 26 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Spoede Hills Subdivision
to the northeast corner of said subdivision; thence southwardly
along the east line of said subdivision to the southeast corner
thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Spoede
Hills Subdivision to the southwest corner of Lot 16 in said
subdivision; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot 16
to the northwest corner thereof; thence northwardly in a straight
line to the southwest corner of said Lot 9 in Spoede Hills
Subdivision; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot 9
to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 18, 1961. -2-
