AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 136 (Spoede Hills) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 136 (Spoede Hills).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 136
(Spoede Hills) shall be as follows:

SPOEDE HILLS
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest
corner of Lot 4 in Spoede Hills Subdivision, as recorded in Plat
Book 54 on Page 26 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the west line of said Lot 4 and continuing along
the southern prolongation of said west line of the centerline of
Spoede Hills Drive; thence eastwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 21 in said Spoede Hills Subdivision; thence southwardly along
said prolongation and continuing along the west line of said Lot
21 to the south line of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along
the south line of said Spoede Hills Subdivision to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 550 feet east of the
centerline of Spoede Road, said 550 feet being measured
perpendicular to said centerline; thence southwardly along said
parallel line to the north line of Country View Estates (formerly
Spoede Meadows) as recorded in Plat Book 72 on Page 2 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said north line to
the northeast corner of Lot 20 in said subdivision; thence
northwardly in a straight line to the point of intersection of the
south line of property now or formerly owned by Neal E. and Alma
F. Willis, as recorded in Deed Book 2738 on Page 454 of the St.
Louis County Records, with the southern prolongation of the east
line of property now or formerly owned by David R. and Amelia W.
Hagen, as recorded in Deed Book 2901 on Page 269 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and
along the east line of said Hagen property to the south line of
property now or formerly owned by Herbert L. Nichols as recorded
in Deed Book 2879 on Page 629 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence eastwardly along the south line of said Nichols property to
the southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Ray E.
and Margaret D. Fee as recorded in Daily Number 132 on August 15,
1952 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly,
westwardly along the west, south and westernmost lines of said Fee
property to the northwesternmost corner of said Fee property;
thence northwardly in a straight line to a point on the southern
line of said Spoede Hills Subdivision, said point being 471.96
feet west of the southeast corner of said Spoede Hills Subdivision
as measured along said south line; thence eastwardly along said
south line to the southeast corner of Lot 17 of said subdivision;
thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 17 to the
northeast corner thereof; thence northwardly in a straight line to
the southeast corner of Lot 8 in said Spoede Hill Subdivision;
thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 8 to the north
line of said subdivision; thence westwardly along said north line
to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 18, 1961.
