HomeMy Public PortalAbout00554REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 688 O R D I N A N C E NO. 554 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 141 (Ravenwood) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 141 (Ravenwood). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 141 (Ravenwood) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 554 RAVENWOOD Beginning at a point, said point the intersection of the centerline of New Olive Street Road with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along said centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with a line parallel with and 230 feet north of the centerline of Old Olive Street Road, said 230 feet being measured perpendicular to said centerline; thence westwardly and southwestwardly along said parallel line to the westernmost line of property now or formerly owned by Joseph S. and Catherine M. Wood, as recorded in Deed Book 3235 on Page 441 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the westernmost line of said Wood property and along the southern prolongation of said west line to the centerline of said New Olive Street Road; thence eastwardly along said centerline to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 18, 1961.
