AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 145 (Adie and
St. Francis) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or
improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict
shall be known as Subdistrict No. 145 (Adie and St. Francis).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 145 (Adie
and St. Francis) shall be as follows:

ADIE & ST. FRANCIS
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the southeast line of St. Ann Hills Plat No. 4 Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 62 on Pages 16 and 17 of the St. Louis
County Records, with the north line of U. S. Survey 890; thence
westwardly along the south line of said subdivision and
continuing across Adie Road and along the south line of St. Ann
Hills Plat No. 6 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 72 on Page
3 of the St. Louis County Records; to the southeast corner of Lot
26 of said subdivision; thence northwestwardly, westwardly and
southwestwardly along the northeast, north and northwest lines of
said Lot 26 to the southwest corner of said Lot 26; thence
westwardly along the south line of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 6
Subdivision to the southwest corner of said subdivision; thence
northwardly along the west line of said subdivision to the
northwest corner of Lot 15 of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 6
Subdivision; thence westwardly along the westward prolongation of
the north line of said Lot 15 to its intersection with the east
line of We Avenue; thence northwardly along said east line of We
Avenue to the north line of Lindbergh Acres Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 31 on Page 22 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said
subdivision and the eastern prolongation of said north line to the
centerline of Adie Road; thence northwardly along the centerline

of Adie Road to its intersection with the western prolongation of
the north line of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 4 Subdivision;
thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line
of said St. Ann Hills Plat No. 4 Subdivision to the northeast
corner of said subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line
of said subdivision to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 18, 1961.
