AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Kirkwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement five (5) feet wide over the southern five
(5) feet of Lot 30 of Westchester, a subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 96, Page 59 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the eastern ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 18, 1961.
