AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in the City
of Olivette, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portions of easements, and this
District has no use or need for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of easements five (5) feet wide over the
southern five (5) feet of Lots 10, 9 and 8 of Wellesley Acres, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 27 of the St. Louis
County Records, excepting therefrom the eastern five (5) feet of
that portion thereof in Lot 8.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 18, 1961.
