BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the unappropriated balance in the Construction Fund for Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres Watershed (Creve Coeur-Frontenac Area) the sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) to the account therein for sewer construction purposes styled Reserve for Authorized Expenditures (Creve Coeur Frontenac), Account No. 4-3443. Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 1, 1961.
