AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and have granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by George P. Naeger and Elizabeth Naeger,
his wife, by instrument dated July 22, 1960 and
recorded in Book 4399, page 328 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1961.
