AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of an easement in
the City of Kirkwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and
has granted this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
All that portion of the sewer easement granted by
instrument recorded in Book 1487, page 637 of the St. Louis
County Records which lies in Lot 5, Dickson Park Subdivision Plat
No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to
the plat thereof recorded as Daily No. 246 on May 12, 1961,
excepting therefrom that portion thereof which lies in the west
five (5) feet of such lot.
All that portion of the sewer easement granted by
instrument recorded in Book 1487, page 637 of the St. Louis
County Records which lies in Lot 10 of aforesaid Dickson Park
Subdivision Plat No. 2, excepting therefrom that portion
thereof which lies in the western five (5) feet and the northern
five (5) feet of such lot. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 15, 1961.
