AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 146 (Oak Park
West) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 146 (Oak Park West).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 146 (Oak
Park West) shall be as follows:

OAK PARK WEST
Beginning at a point, said point being the southwest corner of Lot
27 in Oak Park Estates Plat #2 Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 58 on Page 12 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 27 to the southeast
corner thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said lot
to the northeast corner of said Lot 27, said point being also a
point on the centerline of Oak Park Drive, 50 feet wide; thence
northwardly along the centerline of said Oak Park Drive to the
north line of Lot 37 in said Oak Park Estates Plat #2 Subdivision;
thence westwardly along the northern line of said Lot 37 to the
west line of said subdivision; thence southwardly along said west
line to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted as amended June 29, 1961.
