AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the Town of
Bridgeton, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement and has granted
the District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described sewer easement:
That easement ten (10) feet wide granted by Lambert
Tool Specialties Company, by instrument recorded in Book 4294,
Page 455 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 29, 1961.
