AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Brentwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement and the District
has no need for such portion of easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described portion of sewer easement:
That portion of easement in Lot 1, McKnight Park, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat
Book 34, Page 76 of the St. Louis County Records, which portion is
described as follows:.
The west ten (10) feet of the twenty (20) foot wide
easement over the east twenty (20) feet of Lot 1 of said McKnight
Park Subdivision, excepting therefrom the northern twenty (20)
feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 29, 1961.
