AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easement and the District has no need
for such easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described sewer easement:
That easement over the east seventeen (17) feet of Lot
40 and over the west sixteen (16) feet of Lot 41 in City Block
5158 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 29, 1961.
