AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such portion of easement and has granted
the District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described portion of sewer easement:
That portion of easement fifteen (15) feet wide granted
by Fred Meister, Jr. and Emma Meister, his wife, by instrument
recorded in Book 1622, page 386 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
Office, which portion lies in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Teakwood
Place No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 98, Page 46 of
the St. Louis County records, excepting therefrom those portions
thereof coincident with easements and streets granted by said
plat.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 29, 1961.
