AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 156 (Stafford
Estates) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 156 (Stafford Estates).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 156
(Stafford Estates) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of
the centerline of Laclede Station Road with the western pro-
longation of the south line of Georgia Street; thence eastwardly
along said prolongation and along said south line of Georgia
Street to the northeast corner of Lot 12 in Block 3 of Stafford
Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 23 on Page 23 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line
of said Lot 12 and along the southern prolongation of said east
line to the centerline of Stafford Court; thence eastwardly and
southwardly along the centerline of said Stafford Court to the
centerline of Weber Road; thence westwardly along the centerline
of Weber Road to its intersection with the northern prolongation
of the east line of Lot 5 in Crestmoor Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 38 on Page 73 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of
said Lot 5 to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly
along the southern line of Lots 5, 4, 3 and 2 in said Crestmoor
Subdivision to the southeast corner of property now or formerly
owned by Gene A. Frangiosa, as recorded by Daily Number 308 on
June 15, 1959 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly
along the south line of said Frangiosa property and along the
western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of said
Laclede Station Road; thence northwardly along said centerline of
Laclede Station Road to the point of beginning.
