HomeMy Public PortalAbout00603 O R D I N A N C E NO. 603 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 157 (Laclede Station and Rock Hill) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 157 (Laclede Station and Rock Hill). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 157 (Laclede Station and Rock Hill) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 603 LACLEDE STATION AND ROCK HILL Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Laclede Station Road with the eastern prolongation of the south line of Forest Haven Estates Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 79 on Page 10 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Laclede Station Road to the centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Rock Hill Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of Skyline Court Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 43 on Page 26 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said Skyline Court Subdivision to the south line of property now or formerly owned by Luzeckey as recorded in Deed Book 4132 on Page 521 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Luzeckey property to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said Luzeckey property to the south line of said Forest Haven Estates Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Subdivision and along the eastern prolongation of said south line to the point of beginning.
