AN ORDINANCE transferring the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Dollars ($13,000.00) from the balance in the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Real Property Purchase Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
balance in the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund (Account
No. 1-3441) and such sum shall be transferred to the Real Property
Purchase Fund and shall be earmarked in the account styled Reserve
for Authorized Expenditures (Account No. 7-3443).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 31, 1961.
