AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Dollars ($13,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund to the
Maintenance Department, Sewers Division, for capital outlay for
the design of a new building on the Sulphur Avenue property.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund, from sums earmarked in the account styled Reserve
For Authorized Expenditures (Account No. 7-3443), to the
Maintenance Department, Sewers Division, for capital outlay for
the design of a new building on the Sulphur Avenue property.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 31, 1961.
