AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District, for its convenience and
necessity has relocated such easement, and the owners of such
easement are granting the District a satisfactory substitute
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described easement:
That easement granted by Daniel F. Wiethop and Lorene
Wiethop, his wife, by instrument recorded in Book 3897, page 132
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 31, 1961.
