AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of subject property has requested
this District to vacate such easement and is granting the District
a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates the following described sewer easement:
That easement ten (10) feet wide granted by Boyd Gibson
Realty Company, by instrument recorded in Book 3248, page 436 of
the St. Louis County Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 31, 1961.
