AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 148 (West
Meridian) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 148 (West Meridian).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 148
(West Meridian) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner of Lot
1 of West Meridian Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 22 on page
29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the
north lines of lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of said subdivision to
the northeast corner of said lot 7; thence southwardly along the
east line of said lot 7 to the southeast corner thereof; thence
westwardly along the southern lines of said lots 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,
and 1 to the southwest corner of said lot 1; thence northwardly
along the west line of said lot 1 to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1961.
