HomeMy Public PortalAbout00618 O R D I N A N C E NO. 618 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 151 (Breuer Place) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 151 (Breuer Place). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 151 (Breuer Place) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) Ord. No. 618 BREUER PLACE Beginning at a point, said point being the southwest corner of Breuer Place Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 43 on Page 85 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Subdivision to the southeast corner thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of said Breuer Place Subdivision to the north line of Spring Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 59 on Page 72 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said north line a distance of 99.51 feet to the southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Eugene C. and M. Roberts as recorded by Daily Number 14 on April 7, 1952 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the west line of said Roberts property to the south line of Forman Road; thence westwardly along said south line of Forman Road to the northwest corner of Lot 17 in said Breuer Place Subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of said lot 17 to its intersection with a line parallel with and 100 feet north of the north line of lot 16 in said Subdivision, said line also being the north line of property now or formerly owned by jack F. Maurer as recorded by Daily Number 211 on October 15, 1959 of the St. louis County Records; thence westwardly along said parallel line to the west line of said Breuer Place Subdivision; thence southwardly along said west line to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1961.
