AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 154 (Sadonia and
Bascomb) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 154 (Sadonia and Bascomb).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 154
(Sadonia and Bascomb) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
west line of Moran Drive with the western prolongation of the east
and west centerline of Block 17 in Burke City Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 21 on Pages 8 and 9 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along said
east and west centerline to the easternmost corner of Lot 16 in
said Block 17; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of
said Lot 16 and along the southwestern prolongation of said
southeast line to the centerline of Sadonia Avenue, 40 feet wide;
thence southeastwardly along said centerline to the centerline of
Williams Boulevard; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of
said Williams Boulevard, to its intersection with the northwestern
prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 40 in Block 23 of said
Burke City Subdivision; thence southeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the southwest line of said Lot 40 to the
northernmost corner of Lot 58 in said Block 23; thence
southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 58 to the
westernmost corner of said Lot 58; thence southeastwardly along
the southwest line of said Lot 58 to the southernmost corner
thereof; thence southeastwardly in a straight line to the
westernmost corner of Lot 41 in Block 26 of said Burke City
Subdivision; thence southeastwardly along the southwest line of
said Lot 41 to the southernmost corner of said Lot 41; thence

southwestwardly along the northwest line of Lots 57, 56, 55, 54,
53 and 52 in said Block 26 to the westernmost corner of said Lot
52; thence southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 52
to the southernmost corner thereof; thence southeastwardly along a
straight line to the westernmost corner of Lot 47 in Block 29 of
said Burke City Subdivision; thence southeastwardly along the
southwest line of said Lot 47 to the southernmost corner of said
Lot 47; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of Lots 48
and 49 in said Block 29 and along the southwestern prolongation of
said southeast line to the centerline of Sadonia Avenue, 40 feet
wide; thence southeastwardly along said centerline to the
centerline of Bascomb Drive, 40 feet wide; thence southwestwardly
along the centerline of said Bascomb Drive to its intersection
with the northwestern prolongation of the northeast line of Lot 27
in Block 32 of said Burke City Subdivision; thence southeastwardly
along said prolongation and along said northeast line of Lot 27 to
the easternmost corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along the
southeast line of Lots 27 through 38 in said Block 32 to the
northeast line of Lot 47 in said Block 32; thence southeastwardly
along the northeast line of Lots 47 through 53 in said Block 32
and along the southeastern prolongation of said northeast line to
the centerline of Young Drive, 40 feet wide; thence
southwestwardly along said centerline of Young Drive to the
centerline of Reasor Drive, 40 feet wide; thence northwestwardly
along said centerline to its intersection with the northeastern

prolongation of the southeast line of Lot 94 in Block 40 of said
Burke City Subdivision; thence southwestwardly along said
prolongation and along the southeast line of said Lot 94 to the
southwest line of said Block 40; thence northwestwardly along said
southwest line of Block 40 to the western line of said Burke City
Subdivision; thence northwardly along said west line of Burke City
Subdivision to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1961.
